Q. Why should I choose Jet Serve Catering for my catering needs?
With over 25 years of food industry experience, we love what we do and are always enthusiastic to share our know-how, observations, and even a few of our secrets with our clients. Our focus is customer service and high quality food.
 
Q. Is there a minimum order?
No, we do not have a minimum order. Large or small, you can count on us.
 
Q. What is included with my order?
Jet Serve Catering always includes all disposable plates, utensils, napkins. If you have ordered drinks we include cups, sugar, sweetener, lemons (with iced tea), and creamer with coffee. If you require disposable tablecloths, please ask- they can be added for a nominal charge. We also have an extensive line of china, flatware and linen rentals available.
 
Q. Where does Jet Serve Catering deliver?
With catering locations nationwide, we deliver anywhere you need catering.
 
Q. What should I expect the day of delivery?
Your selections will be delivered by an attendant within your 45 minute delivery window. Everything you should need to serve and enjoy your meal is included. Upon arrival, our attendant will deliver the meal to a designated location, store the food as appropriate, confirm accuracy of food and equipment delivery, and obtain recipients signature--then leave as quietly as they arrived. We will return when the airplane returns to retrieve all equipment if any, or should you desire a different day equipment pick-up, just let us know.
 
Q. Is there a delivery fee?
Delivery fees are determined by the zip code of your delivery location. We will specify the delivery charge at the time of order conformation.
 
Q. Is there an added gratuity?
Gratuity for the delivery attendant for day to day catering orders is left to your discretion.
 
Q. When should I place my order?
While we request 24 hour notice for most catering orders, we can cater to your last minute needs. We always do our best to accommodate our customers!
 
Q. What about cancellations?
All our food is prepared to order, therefore last minute cancellations may be subject to a charge of the percentage of your total. Please call us directly with cancellations.
 
Q. Do you offer drop off service with disposable caterware?
Absolutely. If you have a hot meal but would prefer everything to be disposable, just ask. Otherwise, most hot meals are delivered in chafing dishes that will keep food hot for up to 2 hours.
 
Q. What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards in order to keep your ordering process as simple as possible.
 
Q. Can Jet Serve Catering provide wait staff?
No, but we can include a detailed list for your flight attendant so he/she can prepare and distribute the food accurately.
 
Substitutions
We reserve the right to make substitutions when market conditions dictate, or for any reason beyond our control. All substitutions will be of comparable or greater value, and if possible, you will be notified.
